The Speakers Bureau budgets a portion of its funds to cosponsor speakers brought by other campus groups. If your organization wants to bring a speaker to campus, please do not hesitate to contact us; our community relations officer will be happy to answer your questions and assist you with the application process.

Below is the application to request cosponsorship funding. Please read the guidelines carefully. To have your application considered at our Monday night meeting, it must be submitted by Monday at noon. Budgets must be completed via the CapGroup online unified funding system, which conveniently allows you to apply to a variety of funding sources with a single application. We are now accepting cosponsorship applications for the 2007-2008 academic year.

If the details of your event change after your application has been accepted, please let our community relations officer know as soon as possible. We will publicize your event based on the most recent information you have provided us.
